Marinate the salmon: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high (about 375°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the salmon: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Grill the asparagus: Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Serve: Plate the grilled salmon with asparagus. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with extra dill and lemon slices.
