Prepare the Arctic char: Pat the fillet dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.
Cook the fish: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Place the fish skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and let rest.
Make the slaw: In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, red onion, half the lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit to soften slightly.
Prepare the avocado sauce: Mash the avocado with Greek yogurt, remaining lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Warm the tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side or until pliable.
Assemble the tacos: Flake the cooked Arctic char into chunks. Spread avocado sauce on each tortilla, top with fish, slaw, and garnish with cilantro and jalapeño slices.
