Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine mixtures: Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously until fully incorporated.
Add dry ingredients: Gently fold in the flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Prepare ramekins: Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter evenly into the ramekins.
Air fry: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
