In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Add milk to the mixture and gently mix everything together until well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs, rolling them gently between your palms. You should get about 20 meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or pasta.
