Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, dill, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets generously with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
