Season the salmon: Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over the salmon, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried dill. Rub the seasoning gently into the fillets.
Prepare the asparagus: Toss the trimmed asparagus with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
Arrange the ingredients: On a baking sheet, spread the asparagus in a single layer. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on top, then add lemon slices around them.
Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
